Most Common Complaints During Pregnancy

During many women will be face with some problems, like aches, pains and nausea. These problems vary from a pregnant woman to another.

There are several common problems that women have during pregnancy, some of them being:
- nausea and morning sickness are the most common problems that women complain about during pregnancy; this problems occur in almost eighty percent of all pregnant women; some women will feel nausea and vomit at the beginning of their pregnancy, whereas others will have these problems from time to time; one trick that you should learn to use in order to struggle against these common problems is to keep the level of your blood sugar constant; this can be done very easy by eating regularly light meals and by not eating and drinking at the same time; also try to wear comfortable clothes and you will see that this can help prevent these problems as well;
- feeling tired all the time is another big problem during pregnancy; to try to deal with this problem you should sleep more;
- during the first month of your you will also feel breast pain; your breasts may feel swollen and aching; this problem will go away rather quick, but until it does make sure that you take some preventive measures;
- constipation is another common problem; this happens because your intestinal activity slows down; to avoid or control this problem, try to drink as much fluids as you

can, eat a lot of foods rich in fiber and also try to exercise more;
- during your abdominal muscles will overstretch, your back ligaments relax and the new posture results in a stronger spine curvature; in this case you should have the best body position you can; avoid standing up or sitting down for large periods of time; it is indicated that you sleep having a pillow between the knees;
- as the progresses, you will feel more and more tired; just by climbing a few stairs you will more tired and even experience loss of breath; there is not much that can be done in this case, so all you can do in this case is pry that you deliver as soon as possible;
- insomnia is also another problem that torments women during pregnancy; this usually happens during the last trimester, when women usually worry a lot about delivering sooner than expected; you should try to relax and visit your doctor to know exactly what is your situation;
